• All content, methodologies, and materials developed by Loyal Capital L.L.C remain our intellectual property.
• Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
• Clients retain ownership of their confidential business information.
• Any improvements or modifications to our methodologies remain our property.
• Third-party materials are subject to their respective license terms.

• Loyal Capital L.L.C's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our recommendations are based on information provided and industry best practices.
• Implementation of recommendations is at the client's discretion and risk.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
• Force majeure events excuse performance delays or failures.

• Any disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations.
• If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
• Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• The arbitration will take place in Dubai, UAE.
• Each party bears their own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
• Class action lawsuits are waived by using our services.
